Olives and extra-vergin olive oil flavored with herbs harvested from the Natural Park of Portofino. Ideal in combination with light dishes, not only of the Ligurian tradition, (rabbit with olives and pine nuts, baked fish, white meats, salads, rice, pasta salads). You may want to add them both at the beginning end at the end of the cooking so as not to impoverish their aroma.
